Fred wanted an Onawhim name too. She
is now known as "Onawhim's
Fancy Lady".
Fred,
the sweetest and smartest beagle, in our opinion, in the world.
Fred
went to Rainbow Bridge on February 26, 2010. She has left us wondering
how we will ever get along without her. She made us laugh , she
made us shake our heads, she raised our eyebrows in wonder, she
always made us happy. Such a treasure she was. Now she is with
her human dad and begging treats with those eyes no one could
ever resist. Rest in peace, sweet Fred. We will not forget you
and will always love you .

Fred,
Another ray of sunshine
left my life, when you, sweet girl, went to sleep.
You were such a special part of our lives, you could always make
us smie. The love you gave us knew no bounds. Your joy at meeting
children on our walks, was wonderful to watch. I know there wasn't
a person that didn't enjoy you , as many of them had treats saved
just for you.
I pray you are playing
catch with your human dad and you are together Thank you my dear
girl for being my friend for 14 wonderful years

Tribute
To A Best Friend
Sunlight streams through window pane
onto a spot on the floor....
then I remember,
it's where you used to lie,
but now you are no more.
Our feet walk down a hall of carpet,
and muted echoes sound....
then I remember,
It's where your paws would joyously abound.
A voice is heard along the road,
and up beyond the hill,
then I remember it can't be yours....
your golden voice is still.
But I'll take that vacant spot of floor
and empty muted hall
and lay them with the absent voice
and unused dish along the wall.
I'll wrap these treasured memorials
in a blanket of my love
and keep them for my best friend
until we meet above.
